Automated negotiation is an agreement technology that pervades interactions between intelligent and autonomous agents. This field is very much influenced by economic and business models of human negotiation. In this tutorial I will describe the topic and introduce the main concepts of the different types of negotiation approaches: non-cooperative, co-operative and heuristic.
