Registration instructions and fees

Grants Awardees’ registration deadline: 1st of May 2019

Early-bird registration fee270€ for students and 400€ for non-students.
Deadline for early registration: 15th May 2019. 

Late registration320€ for students and 450€ for non-students

Due to support from the Hellenic AI Society students in Greek Universities will receive a special discount. Email acai2019@intelligence.tuc.gr for more information.

Registration fees include: web access to the school proceedings, a school bag with various gifts, coffee breaks costs, and participation in the school dinner, the Welcome and Farewell receptions. Registration fee also includes free entrance to the Cognitive Systems special track, and to the co-located Twenty Years of the Price of Anarchy (20PoA) workshop.

Cancellation policy: The registration can be cancelled up to 10 June 2019. In this case 50% of the registration fees will be refunded (bank commission, if any, will be excluded from that amount). Cancellation on later dates does not result in any fee refund.

You can register for the event by paying the registration fees with your credit card or by depositing the amount to the school bank account using the international bank account

 

Please note: If you are a student please send us some proof of full-time graduate or undergraduate student status (for instance, this can simply be a letter or an email from your supervisor or from your departmental office of graduate or undergraduate studies verifying your status), or a scan of your student id.
