Nikolaos Mavridis, PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), is an Academic and Consultant specializing in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. He is the founding director of the Interactive Robots and Media Lab (IRML), and has served as professor at numerous institutions, including New York University (NYU) AD, as well as in numerous leadership and pro-bono positions. He has been a TEDx Speaker four times, including Geneva and Athens, judge for the Dubai Prime Minister’s Office Humanitarian Robotics & AI awards, and is a member of the MIT Education Council and a mentor for the MIT Enterprise Forum.
